Photograph of Robert S Silver

Robert S Silver worked as a freelance journalist before becoming a teacher in adult education. He now spends his term times teaching fiction and non-fiction writing, while his holidays are spent writing scripts.

Currently, Robert is looking for funding for his film script, Wake the Last Saxon, (based on the story of the Anglo-Saxon hero Hereward the Wake) and he has recently completed a stage play: The Tale of Johnny Dancer, a tale of a Restoration-period, dancing highwayman and anti-capitalist daring do.
