Botox or Bust is a spoof comedy about the jostling and dynamics among a group of women, determined to hang on to their social status at any cost.
It follows the angst, and sometimes ridiculous antics of Madeline Green, as she struggles to come to terms with a landmark birthday and her change in circumstances since her recent divorce.
